3. Immediately after submitting this application, please send a copy of this application by email to us (info@komark.net) to enable us to follow up.
4. In a day or two you will get an acknowledgement from the University of having received your application. This acknowledgement will also carry your St Andrews “Student ID number”. Please email us this acknowledgement email containing your ID number to us (info@komark.net).
5. If you apply directly or through UCAS to St Andrews and later want to engage our (Komark’s) services, write to the Admissions Dept [Intadmissions naapplications@st-andrews.ac.uk] using your Student ID number, stating that you wish to engage the counselling and other services of Komark Education Services. Be sure to send a CC of this email to us (info@komark.net).
6. (a) Please have all your documents scanned and emailed directly to St Andrews along with the Online Application. Please do not send any original documents.
(b) If you receive any document later (e.g. IELTS certificate) first attest it yourself as a “true copy”, then scan it and send it to us (info@komark.net) by email.
(c) If one or more of your referees insists on giving you your Reference in a sealed envelope, please send it to us (info@komark.net) by courier, with a cover letter from you. Your cover letter should give your full name, email ID, contact telephone number(s), the degree you have applied for and the Student ID number that St Andrews has given you (if you have not yet received a Student ID number, wait till you do and then send us the sealed envelope).
7. Once an offer of Admission has been made (whether Conditional or Unconditional) you will be required to pay a cash deposit (by bank-to-bank remittance). This deposit is non-refundable except where (a) in the case of a Conditional Offer you fail to fulfil the Condition stipulated; and (b) having applied correctly and completely, you are still denied a visa.
8. Please note your offer will be open for only 6 weeks, within which you must make payment of the above deposit if you intend to take up the offer. At the end of this period, if you have not made payment, your offer will be considered as no longer confirmed. On the other hand, if you do make payment within the stipulated 6 weeks, please immediately email us (Komark) the payment details so that we can coordinate with the University and get them to start on your visa documentation.
